1-inch thick styrofoam was cut into regular hexagons, then beveled by hand at a 35 degree angle from the vertical axis. 3 individual hexagons were combined to form modules. A 4-sided module was created to provide more versatility and numerous variations in assembly. Hundreds of modules were aggregated to create a screen that allows for air and light movement throughout.
